“You will never persevere for something unless you truly desire it.”

With that said, let’s dive into today’s topic

You can follow these steps to get better at design: 👇

  1. You can learn a lot from Figma’s Youtube channel
Watch at least one video from Figma’s office hours playlist on YouTube and Make sure you take proper notes (my go-to app is Notion).
  2. Practising UI Design everyday
Take a piece of design from any design inspiration website or your favourite app put it in your design software and start tracing it or copying it with every detail to train your eyes, and get a grip on the design software.
  3. Block some time on your calendar for medium articles and podcasts.
For Medium articles, I don’t have any personal recommendations. Anyway, for podcasts, check out Take it Easy by Ansh Mehra.
  4. find some like-minded people through design communities
Believe me, this will help you a lot, doesn’t matter you’re just starting out or already playing the game.
Btw, you can join our community as well.🤜🤛
  5. Observe the apps and websites you use on a daily basis
When observing any app or web app, ask yourself these questions:
    - How the background of the screen looks like?
    - How do they use spacing?
    - How modern does the design look?
    - Are their icons look consistent?
    - How do they apply contrast to their typography?
By doing this, you will be able to improve your brain muscles so that you can learn design faster.

If you find it helpful during your design journey, do help someone needful with food, shelter, time or maybe money. That’s all for today. Best of luck!✌
